Why should we choose Blue Falcon Cleaning?

When you hire Blue Falcon Cleaning, you are hiring a small family business that wants to meet your expectations of professional, quality cleaning as well as excellent customer service. Our service will be thorough and completed with honesty and care from start to finish. The results we give will be the same each and every time. 

What are your costs?

– For residential carpet cleaning, we charge by the area of the room. We distinguish our rooms between standard size (ie: small bedroom, hallway, small entrance, etc.), mid-sized (master bedroom, large foyer, etc.), and deluxe (living room, full basement, oversized room, etc.). For upholstery, we charge by the square footage of the furniture. 

– For commercial carpet cleaning, we charge by the square foot of the area to be cleaned. 

– Extra costs will be discussed for urine remediation, stain treatments, or additional treatments. 

– We prefer to personally discuss our costs with our customers since each cleaning is personalized and we are not a “bait and switch” business. 

Where are you located and what is your service area?

We are located in the Como neighborhood of St. Paul. Nick was born and raised in St. Paul and this is a neighborhood we love and care for. We provide our services in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. 

Are you certified and insured?

We are IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified in carpet cleaning and upholstery, which means we have taken the internationally recognized courses to understand the chemistry, equipment, and proper cleaning techniques to professionally clean in homes and businesses.  Rest assure that we will be certified prior to adding future services to our business. We are also fully insured cleaning company, however we are not insured in moving large furniture. We want to ensure we take all the professional steps to provide our customers peace of mind. 

How should I prepare my home/business for cleaning?

– The most important thing you can do is to thoroughly vacuum to remove any surface dirt. This is to prevent creating mud during the pre-spray step of our cleaning.   

– We will also ask you to remove any large item furniture you would like us to clean under and any valuable items that can be easily knocked over or damaged. 

– We are not insured to move heavy furniture, but can assist with moving small furniture with your permission. We do offer Styrofoam blocks that can be placed under furniture legs to protect them and the carpet while it’s drying. 

Are you pet friendly?

Absolutely, pets are a big part of our family! We understand accidents occur and we offer top of the line urine remediation in these cases. All of our chemicals are pet safe, to include birds. Please note, our deep extraction machines can make noises that scare pets. If your fur baby is at risk of becoming frightened, we require they are placed somewhere safe prior to cleaning.
